CNC toolmakers use computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) programs, which convert electronic drawings into computer programs that contain a sequence of cutting tool operations. Once these programs are developed, computer numerically controlled (CNC) machines follow the program to produce die sets and other components

20+ years hands-on knowledge of machine and shop operations with today's latest computer-aided design (CAD) software enable ADT Diversity to design machine tools, parts and stamping dies in a cost effective method for our customers. Our CNC toolmakers use computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) programs, which convert electronic drawings into computer programs that contain a sequence of cutting tool operations. Once these programs are developed, computer numerically controlled (CNC) machines follow the program to produce die sets and other components. Our CNC Department is also equipped with small hole drilling EDM (electrical discharge machine) and a wire cut EDM.

Rapid Prototyping Services

The Rapid Prototyping process enables quick trial and error runs to prove both design and device capabilities. Combining all of our tooling technologies with the advantage of sourcing raw materials from a very broad market base allows rapid turnaround of customer prototypes.


Reverse Engineering

CAD reverse engineeringWhen a print is lost, damaged or simply was never written it makes for a difficult task of reproducing any manufacturing tool. Our Design Engineers can reverse engineer the tool by measuing a parts dimensions and creating a virtual CAD 3D model. The CAD data can then be used to recreate or revise the tool.
